Our Grand Reserve Riesling 2021 wine is perhaps one of the most beautiful examples of our mission: to keep Somló human and true, to care for the grapes and to constantly move towards the excitement of innovation.
The Riesling variety was almost extinct from the mountain, so there was never a question about whether we would take the plunge, and the Grand Reserve Riesling 2021 is proof that it was worth it.
The petrol notes appeared in its fragrance at a young age, which is completed by the clean, peachy aromas. Its rich, complex character is further strengthened by mature acids, authentic minerality typical of the growing area and bottle aging.
Its style reflects the versatility of Somló and the modern spirit of our winemakers.
